Founded in 2025, Ubon Homestay is a real oasis located in a charming village, just an hour from the university town of Ubon Ratchathani, home to its own airport.
Our mission is to immerse guests in the authentic rhythm of rural Thai life, offering opportunities to participate in unique activities that connect you directly with the local culture. Whether it’s through village traditions, collaborations with the primary school, or projects with community organizations, you’ll experience the warmth and hospitality of the people who make this region special.
Through our “Local Welfare Program,” a portion of our proceeds supports the community, ensuring your stay contributes to the growth and development of this beautiful yet underserved area.

Just steps away from the homestay, you’ll find yourself welcomed by the warmth and curiosity of the locals, who are very open and friendly towards Falang (their word for Westerner). They may even invite you into their homes for a unique cultural exchange.
Born and raised here, Fon knows the community inside out, and as Fon’s guest, the locals will certainly treat you with respect. For the villagers, encounters with foreigners are rare, often leading to lighthearted, unforgettable moments.
